A large number of people make new year’s resolutions that get broken within a few days into the new year. They were not really serious about making a real commitment.
Most people wish to stop smoking, start on a exercise program, let go of bad habits and develop good ones. Most of these resolutions are really a wish list, not concrete decisions… just some changes they wish to make. This is why they get broken.
You don’t have to wait for the new year to make decisions and develop habits that will help you create a better lifestyle. You have the power to make decisions at anytime you want. The most important thing is that you really want to make the changes!
I have decided to write at least one blog post everyday. Today is the 2nd of January 2012 and I have made a concrete decision to post at least one blog article everyday, even if it means that I can just post a couple of sentences due to time constraints.
Make a decision to do some things that will help you create a better lifestyle and make a real committment to stick with it.
