Are your habits helping you create your dream lifestyle or taking you further away from it?

Bad habits are developed over time… no one becomes a smoker after the first puff. Most smokers will tell you that they hated smoking when they first got started. Most smokers still hate smoking, but it’s become a habit. They got addicted to smoking by repeating the process over and over again.

Good habits can also be developed by repeating a process over and over again. If you want to create a habit of exercising daily, you may not enjoy it the first few times. If you stick at it and carry on exercising daily for around 21 – 30 days, it will become a habit. You will also start to enjoy your exercise routines as your body becomes stronger and your develop more stamina.

If you want to create a new habit that is going to help you create your dream lifestyle, repeate the desired actions over and over again until it become a habit.

If you want to get rid of bad habits, you will need to replace them with another habit that is beneficial to you. You will need to avoid the bad habit for a number of times, until it become non habitual.
