There are a large number of people that suffer from the bargain sale mentality. They queue up for hours waiting to squeeze their way into the shops marked with the Sale stickers around Christmas and New Years time.
Most of the shops want to get rid of their out of season or discontinued items, they sell them at 50% – 70% discounted prices. They have already made enough money from these discounted lines, they just want to clear them for as much as they can get.
Most sale bargain hunters come back home with items that they don’t really need, they end up spending money that they don’t have. The credit card bills just start piling on.
In my opinion it is better to buy something that you really want at full price than a dozen items that at discounted prices that you think that you may want.
Buying discounted items at sales may not really save you money in the long run, you may end up buying a lot of items that you don’t really need.
The same principle also applies to online income opportunities… just because it’s cheap does not mean that it will earn you more money. You should stick to a few proven income opportunities rather than invest your money on dozens of cheap opportunities that crop up and disappear over night.
