How many times do you really think about what you are thinking about?

We have 50,000 to 70,000 thoughts daily out of these there are ones that a frequent and long lasting.

What are you thinking about most of the day?

Your most frequent thoughts that bring up emotions and feelings are the ones that are shaping your future. They are responsible for making you take actions and also attracting the things you are thinking about.

Pay attention to your thoughts and work out what which are your most dominant and frequent thoughts. If these thoughts are responsible for creating experiences that you don’t like, you have the power to change them.

We all have the power to think of what we want. Most of us don’t exercise this power. This takes some time, because we have developed automated sequences of thinking. This is where one thought triggers off another thought and so on, until you reach a thought that is emotionally charged.

Emotionally charged thoughts make things happen, they are responsible for creating more situations that will create more of the emotion you are experiencing.

If you are experiencing a negative emotion (one that feels bad), you need to replace your thoughts to move you out of the negative emotion. You can do this by starting to think about something that makes you feel good. This can be an event in the past or one that you visualise using your imagination.

Your imagination is a powerful tool that can feed your subconscious mind with positive images, these can create positive transformation rapidly. You can also create negative experiences by using your imagination.

Your thoughts can transform and shape your destiny. Everything starts off from a thought, they are the seeds that manifest into the experiences in our lives.

What future experiences are you planting using your thoughts?

Your thoughts are the seeds and your subconscious mind is the garden. You plant your thought seeds into your subconscious mind by using visualization. You keep on repeating the visualizations, this is like watering the soil. Slowly your thought seeds will grow and provide you with the fruit (your experiences).

Most people are too busy to pay attention to their thoughts. They don’t bother to think about what they are attracting into their lives. They don’t question why their lives have turned like it is.

We all have the power within us to transform our lives to create the happiness we desire. Have you ever wondered what the purpose of our lives is?

The purpose of our lives is to experience as many positive emotions as we can, become happy. The negative emotions are there to keep us on track. Every time you start to feel a negative emotion, you need to change your thoughts and move into feeling a positive emotion.

We were not born to suffer, we are born to experience the happiness and joy. This joyous lifestyle is available to everyone that is willing to experience it.
